TAD Presentation v1 | Facility Modular Model

During some pro-bono work I am doing with a certain mentor and partner, I was takes with creating a visual presentation for potential investors. If we can seal this deal, "we are going to change history," I believe he said.

For this version of the model, I went out and scoured the UE Marketplace for something suitable modular asset pack that somewhat fit the same design and functionality as the white box version. After piecing together several hundred modular pieces, I was finally graced with what you see above. I have made slight texture variations to the one I am using now, and have added a multitude of extra details to help solidify the scene.
